Oceanic Excursion BCD

The Oceanic Excursion BCD is a rear inflation style jacket that makes it so incredibly streamline in the water and also helps with your buoyancy. This super simple BCD has the essentials, contoured strap harness, good sized zip pockets and weight integration, yet does not over do it with clutter. Built extremely tough for technical and recreational diving, the Excursion is durable and strong.

Made from 1600D nylon fabric with reinforced contoured shoulders, lower lumbar support and pre-bent stainless steel D-rings, this particular BCD is quality and you can feel it as soon as you put it on. There are two dump valves for a quick release including one bottom left at the rear of the jacket and one on your right shoulder. The corrugated inflator hose sits over your left shoulder held securely in place by a velcro tab.

It is equipped with integrated weight pockets and small non-dumpable 5 lb pockets in the rear which are positioned in the lower part for better upright body efficiency at the surface. The front weight pockets are held in place with a quick release positive locking systems and are easy to put in and pull out if needed to do so in an emergency. Getting rid of that horrible old webbing weight belt makes a huge difference with comfort as you no longer have to tighten it as you go down or have to worry about it spinning. With the integrated weight pockets there is a layer of padding between you and the lead.

Care Instructions:

• Rinse in fresh water after every use
  

• Soak for 10-20 minutes

• Do not use harsh chemicals to clean

• Do not leave in direct sunlight

• Inflate the BCD a small amount when storing to allow air flow

• Once dry, store on hanger if possible
